What is a subscription?

A subscription allows you to use the bike for an unlimited number rides as long as they don't exceed 7 hours per ride. 

How will I get to use it?

What if Ι couldn't find an available bicycle οn the Station?

Chances are that a bicycle will soon be there. If, however, this takes longer, you can contact our [Customer Service] and be informed on the sooner availability expected.

How can I check the availability of bikes and racks?

What types of credit cards are accepted?

Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

When is the guarantee debited?

The guarantee is only debited in the event of theft or severe damage of the bicycle.  

What should I do if a bicycle is defective?

Please return it to the Station and take onther one.

How long do I have to wait before I can take another bike?

There is no limitation, so you don’t have to wait before taking another bike.

Can I rent a bike for several days?

The Bike service is designed for serving short trips(7 hours for free) so it's not possible to rent a bike for several days. [see Charges].

Can I lend my subscription to another person?

The [user agreement] of the System states that the lending out of a card or a bicycle is forbidden. In any case you remain fully liable for every use entitled by your personal card or your credentials.

Is it possible to rent several bikes with only one membership account?

It is  impossible to rent several bikes with a single account. If you want to use the System, everyone must have an account
